It is Brand Driven Tech, LLC’s policy to comply with applicable privacy laws, so our privacy practices may vary depending on where you live. Please refer to the applicable privacy addendum for your jurisdiction that is attached to this Privacy Notice for more information relevant to our data collection and handling practices in those regions.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Notice. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Throughout this Privacy Notice, the term "Personal Data" means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. However, Personal Data does not include any deidentified or aggregated data.

Generally

We collect Personal Data from various sources, including:

  • directly from you when you provide it to us; and
  • automatically as you navigate through or otherwise use the Website.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect the following types of Personal Data directly from you when you access or use the Website: name, postal address (including billing and shipping address), email address, telephone number, job title, and signature.

In addition, we also collect other types of information that you choose to submit to us or may otherwise provide through your use of the Website, such as when you fill out a form, sign up for an account, or communicate with us. This includes: (i) information provided at the time of requesting information about Brand Driven Tech, LLC's products, making a general inquiry, answering questionnaires or surveys, entering a contest or promotion sponsored or offered by or through us, or reporting a problem or other issue with our Website or products; (ii) records and copies of your correspondence (including email), if you contact us; and (iii) details of transactions you carry out through your use of the Website and of the fulfillment of your orders.

When you purchase products (e.g., branded merchandise) through our Website, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment-related information, including your credit, debit, or bank account number(s) or other financial account details. We do not retain any personally identifiable financial information in connection with such payments, such as payment card or bank account numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly by you to our third-party payment processing provider, which is currently Stripe. Stripe’s use of your Personal Data is governed by their privacy policy, which can be found here.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Website or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

We may also use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain Personal Data about your interaction with our Website. This can include information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, such as:

  • details of your visits to, and use of, our Website, including referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit, error information, clickstream data, and other communication data and the resources that you access, use, or otherwise interact with on or through the Website; and
  • information about your computing device and internet connection, i.e., your IP address, operating system, browser type, and device ID.

The information we collect automatically may include Personal Data, or we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Data we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service by enabling us to: (i) estimate our audience size and usage patterns; (ii) store information about your preferences; (iii) provide you with targeted advertising, which is based on your activities on the Website and other online activities; (iv) record your activities on our Website for analytics and debugging purposes; (v) customize our Website according to your individual interests; (vi) speed up your searches; and (vii) recognize you when you return to the Website.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). These are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device that allow us to collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with our Website. Some of these cookies are managed by us (first-party cookies), while others are managed by third parties that we do not control (third-party cookies).
  • Web Beacons. Pages of our Website, and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Brand Driven Tech, LLC, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email, to deliver cookies to the browser of a user viewing a webpage or email, and for other related Website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Website content and verifying system and server integrity).
  • Website Interaction and Performance Monitoring Tools. Our Website may also use interaction and/or performance monitoring tools (sometimes call tracking scripts, analytics tools, session replay tools, or heatmap tools). These tools execute code in your web browser to help us collect data about your use of and interactions with the pages and content on our Website. This may include recording your mouse movements, keystrokes, navigation pathways, other actions that you take our Website, and information automatically transmitted from your web browser to our Website such as information about your operating system, computer hardware, and browser preferences. By using our Website, you hereby consent to our recording your mouse movements, keystrokes, navigation pathways, other actions that you take or communications you may have with our Website and other use of such tools.

They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. We do not control the collection and use of your information collected by third parties described above in Disclosure of Your Information. These third parties may, however, aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes.

In addition, we strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data we have collected about you. We have created mechanisms to provide you with control over your Personal Data:

  • Tracking Technologies and Cookies. Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser settings. In general, you can set your browser or device to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. 8. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you.
